Physiotherapist Leicester


Jo Tait, the practice principal, graduated from Addenbrookes, Cambridge in 1988. She trained in Manipulative Therapy at Sheffield Hallam University and is qualified to perform acupuncture.

Her hospital experience includes many years at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Coventry and Warwickshire Orthopaedic Hospital, where she worked alongside some of the Midlands' top Chartered Physiotherapists and members of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Jo also maintains close links with the NHS Physiotherapy Services.

Jo started her private practice in Rugby before moving to Leicestershire.


Jo was team Physiotherapist for the Rugby Lions RFC and is the Leicestershire Physiotherapist for the English Women's Golf Association and the Police Federation.

She has been involved in research into hand and whiplash injuries. She also writes a regular column in a local publication on subjects such as sports injuries and arthritis. Jo is also a back care tutor.

Jo receives referrals from local GPs and hospital consultants as well as individual recommendations.
